Sessions Every Tuesday and Thursdays - 10:30am-11:30am

This 4 Week Camp is for beginners only looking to gain knowledge and confidence to train in a gym or just to start training.

Over the 4 weeks you will:

Train twice a week with us on Tuesday and Thursdays - 10:30am-11:30am or Monday and Wednesday 7:30pm - 8:30pm
​

Be taught all the basic training fundamentals that will keep you safe and help you reach your goals.

We will discuss mindset training and focus on how you can discover to become the best version of yourself.
​

We will also provide nutritional guidance and workshops so you can understand simple but effective solutions when it comes to eating for health and performance.

At the end of the 4 weeks we will have a graduation dinner/social to celebrate the solid effort you’ve put in over the last 4 weeks!
