Sessions Every Tuesday and Thursdays - 10:30am-11:30am

This 4 Week Camp is for beginners only looking to gain knowledge and confidence to train in a gym or just to start training.

Over the 4 weeks you will:

 

  • Train twice a week with us on Tuesday and Thursdays - 10:30am-11:30am

  • Be taught all the basic training fundamentals that will keep you safe and help you reach your goals.

  • We will discuss mindset training and focus on how you can discover to become the best version of yourself.

  • We will also provide nutritional guidance and workshops so you can understand simple but effective solutions when it comes to eating for health and performance.

  • At the end of the 4 weeks we will have a graduation dinner/social to celebrate the solid effort you’ve put in over the last 4 weeks!
